My name is Mary and my initials are MEH, so it might be funny to title this section “About meh,” but then I’d have to explain it and it wouldn’t be funny. I’ve been a wordsmith/copy editor—both officially and unofficially—for over twenty years. I’m also a photographer, and the images on this site are mine. Scroll down a bit to see a favorite photo.

I’ll turn my eye to your content, capturing those wily misspellings, the errant apostrophe, words that clutter, sentences that clunk—anything that might trip your reader up and take them out of your content.

And I’ll focus on your style. Style can be anything from how your unique voice relates to your audience to a more specific something, like when to em dash—if you’re into that sort of thing. We’ll connect about all that, then I’ll get to work.
